Tongkat Ali gilt als wirksamster Testosteronbooster. Leider gilt die Wirkung nur bei echtem Tongkat Ali, darum auch der Name only real Tongkat ali (OR Tongkat Ali). In Studien wird zumeist echtes Tongkat Ali verwendet, der Markt dagegen ist überschwemmt von gefälschten Produkten oder gestreckten bzw Tongkat Ali minderer Qualität.
